The Nightmarish Reunion: The Painful Call of the Controlled Mind.

This is a rundown of Street Fighter V episode 24.

• Ken watches in total disbelief. Chun-Li kills the guard, then just stands there emotionless. Ken screams out, "Chun-Li! It's me Ken!", but she does not react. Vega watches her from his monitoring room and comments on how great she looks as a Shadowloo warrior. Vega decides to send in Ryu now. A door opens leading into the room Chun-Li is standing in. A possessed Ryu stands in the doorway. You would be crazy not to run from him if you saw him in a dark alley. "HE looks GREAT!", says Vega. Ken shouts into the room, "Ryu! It's me!", again no response from either Chun-Li or Ryu. Chun-Li exits the room. Ken wonders what the heck is wrong with them.

  Vega asks Zolter if he has gotten anywheres in examining Ryu's powers. Zolter explains how they are working hard on it, but... Vega is angered so Zolter explains his theory about Ryu's powers. Zolter tells him that Ryu's own power is nowheres near as powerful as what he created in the lab. He must be absorbing energy from outside his body. Zolter tells Vega about the power of ki, Ryu's power is linked to ki. Vega starts to get excited by all this. His power is derived from his own power and hatred within him. Zolter says Ryu's power is exactly opposite, it comes from life and the flow of nature. The two powers combined would make Shadowloo invicible!

  Ken decides that the only way Ryu will hear him is to destroy the wall between them. Ken begins to calm his mind and take his stance.

  In the monitoring room, Vega wants Zolter to issue the commands to get Ryu to fire the hadouken. Vega tells Zolter, "Have him concentrate on his ki.".

  Outside, Guile and Nash are working their way into the hideout. They begin by taking out some guards. The enter the structure. Nash hands Guile a walkie-talkie, to communicate with each other, and to detonate the fuses for the plastic explosives they will plant. Guile tells Nash that he has a bad feeling about all this, but they must complete the mission. They split up and begin to look for Ken.

  Ryu begins to focus on his ki. He begins to form circles with his hands as he concentrates. Chun-Li enters the control room, Vega is pleased with her but says, "I shall miss you resisting me.". Zolter directs his attention to the monitor. Ryu begins absorbing ki. On the other side of the wall, Ken's ki begins to swirl around him.

  A guard calls the control room asking for Vega. Zolter is mad at this interruption. The guard tells him that the blast came from the room Ken Masters was imprisoned in. He shows them video of the room. The roof now has a nice big hole in it. The chains that once held Ken, lie scattered and broken into many pieces around the room. The room has been destroyed. The guard reports they are unable to find Ken Masters. Zolter snaps back at him! Ken Masters is worth 1 billion dollars they had better find him! Vega says, "HOW!?". He asks Zolter to show him the room again. He wonders aloud how Ken Masters could have broken those chains, then begins to laugh. He wonders if Ken has the power as well. It was Zolter and Vega himself who put Ken in that room. Vega realizes that Ken must have the same power as Ryu. He begins to cackle with glee. Vega directs his attention back to monitor. Ryu forms his hadouken and holds it at his side. Ken screams out, "SAYYAAAAAH!", thats his ki-up. "Shoot it Ryu!", cries Vega! "HADOUKEN!", shouts Ryu. "HADOUSHORYU...", shouts Ken!
